My Florida trip

I flew to West Palm Beach to meet up with Dad and Uncle Paul for a long weekend. It was a quick trip bet enjoyable. Most of these pictures are of the Japanese Gardens we toured. It was very pretty, even though it was overcast.

We're Pregnant!!!

For those of you who don't already know, Rick and I are pregnant, 10 weeks. I know, I've been really slacking with my blog lately. Call it a combination of being really busy with buying a rent house and also really tired. The tiredness I chalk up to not only being pregnant but also Tiggers keeping me up EVERY night by sleeping on my face and eating my hair while purring really loud! I hope to start a baby blog soon. I've been keeping a diary on my phone so I can transfer it somehow. Ok, back to work...

Zam Fam Happenings

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GWENNY! Gwendolynn turns 1 today! She's having a super fun cupcake pool party on Saturday at Grandma and Grandpa Zamorano's house.

Also... CONGRATS to Jason! Tonight he graduates from the Deer Park Fire Academy. He's the class clown... I mean president, so he's giving a speech. Awesome!

Also... Maverick is playing the guitar in tonight's school concert! Break a leg! I can't wait to see it! Afterward, we will all go back to Ashley and Jason's house to see the pics and videos of what we each missed. The Bauer's will be going to Maverick's concert while the Zamerano's are going to Jason's graduation.

Janet's Birthday party

We celebrated my mother-in-law, Janet's, birthday this past weekend. We usually go to a mexican restaurant but Gamaw offered to cook a home-town mexican FEAST instead! It was so yummy! Of course, I was in charge of the decorations. Rick was on drink duty. He made Ritas and Pina Coladas (virgin and spiked). The usual suspects were there, Gamaw, Big Daddy, me, Rick, Mom, Dad, Uncle Paul, Rani, Olivia, Debbie and Larry. Then, we all played a very long game of cards. Hmm, I can't remember who won... oh wait, it was ME! hehe

Baby Alice UPDATE!

Baby Alice is home! YEAH! I'm not exactly sure what the illness was but Mom described it this way: She had pneumonia and the pediatrician prescribed medication cause her liver to fail, which caused Joandas (sp). But after about 3 weeks in the hospital, she is finally home! She can't have guests for 2 weeks but at least she is back with her family. Her brother, Liam, and sister, Rani, are finally able to spend time with her again. Rani loves her sister so much and is such a great help to her mother. Every time I call, Rani is feeding her or changing her diaper, or putting her to sleep... And when Rani is at Ashley's house, she has baby Gwenny in her lat at the computer where they both listen to music.

In other exciting news... (not-so-babyish) Isabella will be home on May 23rd!!! YEAH!!!
